Shipping policy

At Kiddoland, we aim to deliver your orders quickly and safely.

Delivery Time

  • Orders are usually delivered within 48 to 72 working hours.

  • During Sale Periods, delivery may take 72 to 96 working hours.

Please note that delays in transit may occur due to uncontrollable circumstances or unforeseen conditions.


Shipping Charges

🚚 A flat delivery charge of Rs. 299 applies to all orders.


Courier Service Availability

If courier service is not available in your area, you will be required to collect your order from the nearest courier office.


Packages Lost in Transit

If your package is lost in transit:

  • Investigation may take 4–5 working days.

  • We will coordinate with the courier service to locate the parcel.

  • If confirmed lost, a replacement may be issued accordingly.


Product Damaged or Stolen in Transit

A product is considered:

Damaged if:

  • Fabric is torn

  • Product is physically harmed due to mishandling

Stolen if:

  • Package seal is damaged

  • Package is received empty

  • Items are missing compared to the order

In such cases:

  • Please contact our Customer Care within 14 days of receiving the parcel.

  • We may request a digital picture of the package/parcel to verify your claim.

  • After investigation, we may compensate or replace the product accordingly.
