Terms of service

At Kiddoland, once an order is placed, it is validated and forwarded to our processing department.

Order Processing & Shipping Time

  • Orders are usually shipped within 48 to 72 working hours.

  • Credit/Debit card payments may require 48 working hours for bank verification.

  • Delivery within Pakistan usually takes 2 to 3 working days.

  • International orders may take up to 1 week.

Please note that delays may occur due to metropolitan conditions or other uncontrollable circumstances.

All orders are delivered via courier companies and include a tracking number to monitor shipment status.


Shipping Charges

  • A Flat Shipping Fee of Rs. 299 is charged on all orders.

  • Shipping charges may vary during promotional deals (conditions apply).


Packages Lost in Transit

If your order is lost during shipping:

  • Kiddoland will investigate with the courier company.

  • Investigation may take 2–3 working days.

  • If the package is not located, a replacement will be issued accordingly.


Product Damaged or Stolen in Shipping

A product is considered:

Damaged if:

  • It is physically damaged upon delivery.

Stolen if:

  • The package is received open or empty.

In such cases:

  • Please contact our Customer Support immediately.

  • Email us at: kiddolandpk@gmail.com

  • We may request a digital image of the package/product for claim verification.

  • After investigation, appropriate action (replacement or compensation) will be taken.


Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled at the customer’s request before they are processed.

However, Kiddoland reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

  • Out-of-stock items

  • Pricing differences

  • Shipping cost differences

  • Technical errors

If an order is canceled after payment via bank transfer or credit/debit card, the refund will be processed within 14 days.

All prices listed on our website are inclusive of Sales Tax.
